Client was running a successful garden centre and wanted to refurbish and upgrade the restaurant/cafeteria. Equipment comprised furniture, kitchen equipment and extraction, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery – in all some 200 plus pieces! We found two funders happy to finance at very competitive rates so we wrote two agreements – customer happy and restaurant now open and doing well!
A recent start company that had been raising money to fund R & D on innovative new printed circuit products with multiple applications – we were able to raise £3,000,000 on a seasonal payment lease at a very attractive interest rate to enable them to commence manufacture and fulfil orders from major clients – visit planned to discuss invoice discounting to enable their cash flows to be further eased.
