Interesting deal concluded this week – Solar Panel Installation – Double Glazed Windows – Eco Lighting – Office Refurbishments. Five or six different types of requirement, some financing assets and some financing works. £100,000 in total. Five or six different suppliers. Unusual requirement so what is the solution – three leases and a loan? We have funders that will do the lot on one contract – competitive price – one monthly payment and because it is on property owned by the client an extended terms of 7 years. One very satisfied customer!
